Shaping Today’s Young Cricketers Into Tomorrow’s Professionals

The Player Education Program conducted on 17th November 2025 brought together the Western Province South U-15 Team for a focused and impactful learning session aimed at sharpening their overall cricketing approach — on and off the field.

Held at Burgjiya Hotel from 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM, the program was conducted by Mr. Kasela Chamara, who guided the young players through a series of essential development areas designed to support their long-term growth.

This session helped the Western Province South U-15 team build stronger discipline, deeper cricket knowledge, and a clearer understanding of what it means to compete at the youth league level. It supports Sri Lanka Cricket’s ongoing mission to prepare the next generation of players through structured, high-quality education programs.
