The Coach Education Unit conducted a specialized Coach Education Program on Data Analysis for coaches from the Southern & Uva Provincial and District Coaches. This program was held at the Brain Center from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, and it aimed to equip cricket coaches with modern analytical skills essential for elevating player performance and strategic decision-making.

The program focused on several key areas crucial to contemporary cricket coaching:

1) Understanding Data Analysis: Coaches were introduced to the fundamentals of data analysis and its transformative impact on cricket. Emphasis was placed on interpreting data effectively to enhance coaching outcomes.

2) Importance of Data in Modern Cricket Coaching: The session highlighted how data-driven insights can inform training plans, match strategies, and individual player development, helping coaches make evidence-based decisions.

Types of Data - Participants explored various categories of cricket data, including:
